Who we are

Trivarna Foundation is a Public Charitable Trust registered in Tumakuru, Karnataka, India under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. Our registration number is TMK-4-00018-2026-27, dated 2 May 2026. This policy explains how we handle personal information shared with us through this website.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (only if you choose to share it)
  • The subject of your enquiry
  • The message you write to us

That’s it. We do not collect IP addresses, location data, browsing behaviour, or anything else through the form.

How we use it

We use your information for a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry. If you ask a question, we reply. If you offer to volunteer or partner, we talk to you about it. We do not use your details for newsletters, marketing, or any unrelated outreach.

Who we share it with

No third parties, ever. Your information stays with the trust’s authorised trustees and staff. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any external party for any reason.

Our contact form is delivered to our inbox by a service called Resend, which processes the email on our behalf. Resend acts strictly as a delivery pipeline and does not use your data for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data only as long as it’s useful. As a default: until your enquiry is resolved, plus one year for record-keeping. After that, we delete it. If you’d like it removed sooner, just write to us — see §8 below.

You can, at any time:

  • Ask us what personal information of yours we hold
  • Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
  • Ask us to delete it entirely

We will respond within fifteen working days of receiving your request.

This website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (for example, remembering whether you have closed a banner). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers of any kind.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top and note what changed. Material changes will be communicated to anyone who has an open enquiry with us.
