Vision
A society where service is universal, recognition is fair, and opportunity reaches everyone — regardless of caste, creed, gender, or region.
About the Foundation
A young trust with a long horizon. This is who we are, why we exist, and how we work.
§ 01Our Story
Trivarna Foundation was registered on 2 May 2026 in Tumakuru — but the impulse to start it had been building for a long time before that. Across our trustees’ lives in social service, business, and community work, the same patterns kept showing up: children dropping out of school for the smallest reasons, grassroots workers carrying entire communities and never being thanked, traditional practices slipping away because no one made room for them.
We didn’t want to start another single-cause organisation. We wanted something that could move on multiple fronts at once — because the things people need rarely arrive in tidy categories.
The name Trivarnameans “three colours”. Saffron-orange for service and sacrifice. Navy blue for trust and growth. Green for renewal. Together, beneath a golden arc, they hold up nine commitments to public good — written into our trust deed, and the work in front of us.
The things people need rarely arrive in tidy categories.
